Age Criteria and Qualifications
Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission, UKSSSC has invited online applications for 27 Assistant Teachers. The selected candidates will get a chance of Primary and LT (Computer Education) Assistant Teacher. All candidates who aspire to work in the educational sector need to possess the required qualification and certificates after which they may appear for any appropriate UTET or CTET exam. All applications must be submitted by 10th December 2024, and there is a tentative written examination on 23rd February 2025.

Applicants for the Assistant Teacher post may hold a diploma in Elementary Education, Special Education or LT, wherein bachelor's level qualification accompanies the diploma. In respect of Primary Assistant Teachers, UTET-01 or CTET-01 is essential; whereas for LT (Computer Education), UTET-02 or CTET-2 is mandatory. According to the UKSSSC rules, more age-specific and category-specific qualification criteria may be applicable.
